The J & Beyond Challenge
- J & Beyond is not just about listening to speakers.
- J & Beyond is not just about meeting online friends.
- J & Beyond is not just about drinking beer.
J & Beyond is all about participation, communication, learning and sharing.
So here is my J & Beyond Challenge to you.
- Introduce yourself to 10 people that you have never met.
- Buy a beer (or coffee) for someone that has helped you either directly or via their released work.
- Attend one session (or more) on a topic outside your obvious area of interest.
- Ask a question during a session. Don't be shy and leave it till after the session has finished.
- Have at least one meal with someone you do not know.
- Try to switch off your email and connection to the office.
- Speak to people from more than 20 countries.
