Community Builder (CB) is a social networking framework for the Joomla Content Management System (CMS).

The Core CB package (latest version is CB 1.8) can be downloaded free of charge from Joomlapolis (registration is needed) and works on all versions of Joomla (including latest Joomla 2.5.1) and Mambo also.

The Community Builder platform can also be extended by installing CB Plugins that use the CB Application Programming Interface (API).
