Professional qualifications
As I imagine many of us work with Joomla! on a professional basis, how about formulating some kind of certification or qualification which can be used to both enhance the business focus of the Joomla! framework and help the people who work with it?
It would have to be approved by OSM to both maintain control and provide some credible backing.
